Denise (Whiting) Shope, RN, MHSA, ARM, CPHRM, FASHRM has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She is an experienced healthcare risk manager, nurse, and insurance professional. She is currently a risk management consultant with RCM&D in Baltimore where she provides expertise in enterprise risk management. Denise is chairing ASHRM's Enterprise Risk Management Advisory Committee. She is part of the ASHRM faculty for their ERM Certificate program and Healthcare Risk Management Certificate program. She will be the incoming President for ASHRM in 2019.


Faroud Haniff has been an RL Product Manager for over 1,200 days. Faroud is always eager to solve problems and design solutions in the RL6 application that aim to delight clients. Faroud loves to cook and, each year, looks forward to flexing the creative part of his brain in helping to organize the annual office Table Tennis tournament.
