Keeping a Clean Info Center

November 29, 2016 Sameen Montani

Are the number of files in your Info Center cluttering things up and making you feel as though you’re behind on your work, or unorganized? Are you getting tired of seeing files in your Info Center even though you’ve already signed off on them? Is it getting hard to keep track of what files you need to work on as a result?

Well, we have good news for you! There’s a super easy solution that will automatically make a file disappear for the File Manager who has signed off on it.

Let’s get started!

  1. In the Admin Center, click on Info Center Templates link, select the appropriate Info Center Template and Click Open. Click on the cogwheel, this will open the Properties box.
  2. Scroll down to ‘Additional Conditions’, click ‘Add Conditions.
  3. The Expression Editor will appear. Search for ‘Signed Off.’
  4. Select ‘Signed Off’ under ‘My Signed Off’ files. The Operator will be  ‘=’ and for your Value, type in “NULL”. Click OK and that’s It! You’re done! If you have multiple Info Center templates, remember to do this for each of them.

Et Voila! You’re all set :)
