Peer Review Implementation in a Large Multi-Facility Healthcare System

August 17, 2017

Summary

After 2.5 years of successful use of the Risk & Feedback modules, BayCare Health System made the decision to expand their RL products to include RCA and PeerReview. BayCare includes 13 acute care facilities and over 5,000 independent physicians and ancillary providers on medical staff.

In this on demand webinar, you will learn about BayCare's journey:

  • Through building, education, and implementation of RL6:PeerReview in a large, not-for-profit system.
  • Through the transition of an old paper/Access database-driven process to a more effective and efficient electronic process.
  • Creatively working with the module's constraints to meet the needs of our internal customers and our future plans for the use of the tool in our employed physician group which includes over 500 physicians.
