Join RL Focus to participate in research projects like:
- Sneak Peeks and Requests for Feedback: Check out and share your opinions on future releases, features, products, designs and more, before anyone else!
- Surveys, Interviews and Focus Groups: Tell us what you think! RL is always trying to innovate our products to meet your changing needs. Gathering feedback from our customers on an ongoing basis helps us to ensure we’re on the right track.
- Usability Studies: At RL, we really believe in human-centered design (that means making things people actually want to use). Usability studies help us understand where our products can be improved, to make them more intuitive and easy to use.
How it Works
We’ll send you requests to participate in exciting research projects by email, through RL Community, and/or phone calls (you can decide how you’d like to be contacted). Depending on the project’s objective, the research may be in-person, online, over the phone, through video, etc.
RL will compensate you for your participation depending on your hospital’s compliance policy. You’ll receive RL points, which you can redeem for various things such as RL Palooza registrations, discounts to client services, donations to a charity of your choice, and more.
