Maximizing an Enterprise Risk Management Program at Your Hospital

By now, many of you have undoubtedly heard all the benefits of becoming a High Reliability Organization (HRO) can have on your hospital touted to you over and over again. They have some great arguments, and you definitely stand behind everything it stands for. But wait, not so fast! Before you join the masses and flock towards HRO, there’s another key player to consider and that’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).

An increasing number of organizations, especially hospitals, have implemented an ERM program to manage and strategically mitigate risk. This is why, we recently got together with a few of our friends at Willis Towers Watson for a webinar to have them share their insights. During the webinar, they shared how an effective ERM program can help identify and manage risk to successfully execute strategic objectives.
