10 Reasons to Get Excited About RL Palooza 2018

May 9, 2018 RL Team

RL’s annual user group conference is only 70 days away! If you’re among the hundreds of RL users that have already registered, here are 10 reasons why you should set your countdown. Haven’t registered yet? This is why you shouldn't wait!

10. We're going to Disney!

If you haven’t already heard (and we’re so excited we’ve been telling everyone who will listen) this year’s RL Palooza is at Disney! We’ll be spending four days at the beautiful Disney's Beach & Yacht Club. (And, you know that means a little extra Palooza magic.)

9. Amazing keynotes

Last year Cheryl Strayed and Amanda Lindhout brought the keynote room to tears. In 2016, Chris Hadfield took us all on a journey to space and back. What’s in store for this year? We can’t tell you just yet – but you know they will inspire, educate and entertain!

8. Family-friendly fun

Your families are always welcome at Palooza and since we’re at Disney this year we’re making the week more family friendly than ever before. Adult guest passes (10+) are only $399 and children aged 4-9 are $299. Guest passes include access to all conference meals and social events! We also have access to special park rates to help transform Palooza into a family vacation to remember.

7. Connecting with RL staff

Phone calls and emails are great – but there’s nothing like the chance to connect face-to-face! Palooza is your opportunity to connect with RL experts from across the organization. Have questions about the software, training or new ways to do things? The RL team has got your answers.

6. Magical social events

After a long day of learning and networking, there’s nothing better than a little fun with friends! From a welcome beach party to a night spent dancing under the stars, this year’s social events are sure to please. Plus, we have a reputation for having a few surprises up our sleeves – and with all of Disney at our fingertips, you know it's going to be magical.

5. Networking with your peers

We’re so proud to get to have some of the world’s finest healthcare organizations as RL clients. This is your annual opportunity to connect with your peers and other RL users who are just as passionate about improving safety and quality in healthcare!

4. Getting the latest product and company updates

If you want to be the first in the know about the latest at RL, Palooza is the place to be. Each year, Sanjay, our CEO, provides an update on what we’ve been working on over the past year and where we’re heading in the future.

3. Sessions with our training team

This year’s agenda is packed with training sessions to help you get more out of your RL software. Our training team has worked hard to create sessions geared toward every level of RL user – when you’re new to the product or have been using it for years. Check out the full training schedule on the website.

2. Immersive education sessions

This year we have over 80 client sessions, representing healthcare organizations of all sizes! They’ll be covering innovative uses of the product, staff engagement and transparency, workplace violence, meeting HRO goals and so much more. You can view all of this year’s sessions on the RL Palooza website.

1. An experience you won't soon forget!

We want you to leave RL Palooza with knowledge you can take back to your organization and four-days of memories that will stay with you for years to come. This is our chance to provide you with a magical experience as a small thank you for all the work you do to make healthcare better. So, to quote Beauty and the Beast: Be our guest!

You don't have to just take our word for it! Learn what other clients have to say about their Palooza experiences in community on RL HUB.
