RL’s annual user group conference is fast approaching! With less than 2 months to go, hundreds of RL users have already registered for what promises to be an exciting and educational event.
If you haven’t attended RL Palooza in the past, now is the time to do so! Packed with informative sessions, ample networking opportunities, and good ol’ fashioned fun, RL Palooza is your chance to connect with fellow RL users and to learn new ways to get the most of your software.

RL Palooza has never been about RL. It’s always been about showing our appreciation and providing learning opportunities to our clients. But the fact that 2017 represents our 20th year in business is as good of a reason as any to get together and celebrate with friends!

Whether it’s Chris Hadfield, Patch Adams, or somewhere in between, RL Palooza strives to have keynote speakers that inspire, educate and are, of course, entertaining. We haven’t shared who will be this year’s keynote, so stay tuned to our email communications for future updates.

Toronto is where RL calls home, and RL Palooza 2017 allows us to share our civic pride and to welcome you as our guests. Toronto is Canada’s largest city, home to the Raptors, Maple Leafs and Blue Jays, and was recently named the most multicultural city in the world. At RL Palooza, we do our best to show you our beautiful city. Not only as a conference attendee, but as a tourist as well.
5 – Truly memorable social events
What’s a conference without a little fun? After a long day of learning and networking, nothing ends off a day better than good food and great friends. In the past, we’ve shut down the streets of New Orleans, held a reception at an active marine base, and celebrated inside the New Orleans Superdome. This year, we have some fun ideas up our sleeves that we hope you can be a part of (we’re just not going to tell you what they are quite yet!).
4 – Client best practice sessions
RL Palooza is all about our clients and showcasing the great work they do. This year, we have over 60 client sessions representing healthcare organizations of all sizes covering topics on risk management, quality improvement, patient experience, and much more. But don’t take our word for it. According to our friend Dr. Jonathan Bae from Duke University Hospital, “Sitting in on the sessions and seeing what other people have been doing has been really inspiring. This is the place to be to hear about updates on our products, the company, and everything in between. Each year, our CEO Sanjay provides an update on what to expect in the future, and what we have been doing over the past year.
